How the first 90 days work

Week by week, what we need from you, what you keep and when you can stop. The weeks after week two are the schedule I work to.

What happens in the first 90 days of working with Kung Pow Marketing?

In plain words

In the first 90 days with Kung Pow Marketing, a B2B founder gives about one hour every other week while Kyle Meagher reads his documents, interviews him, builds his Sniper Sheet and posts under his name once he approves each piece. A fixed fee covers the step, and it ends in a written review for the founder's partners.

01

Where the proof on this site came from

Most of the closed-revenue numbers on this site came from search ads and AI search that we ran for these firms. The founder-visibility program below is newer. So far it has produced counts of connections, replies and meetings, and I show them as counts. Search, press and paid ads join a client's plan when the work is ready for them, and none of them is the first purchase.

Before week 1

You send your list and get the count and the first 25 rows of your Sniper Sheet back before we talk. The offer is on the book page.

Week 1

You send your sales decks, show handouts, proposals, email templates and reports. I read all of it. The 25 rows you got before the first call become the first 25 rows of the full Sniper Sheet. The kickoff interview follows, with questions built from that reading.

Week 2

The follow-up interview. Your red lines get written down once: topics to avoid, what is confidential, claims you won't make. The first LinkedIn posts reach you for approval.

Weeks 3 to 4

The Sniper Sheet takes shape and the written 90-day objective is set, with the counts we'll report each month. Newsletter and article drafts begin.

Weeks 5 to 10

The warm-up. People on the list who engage with your posts get a connection request and a conversation, with no pitch.

2,025 connections now

  • 1,507 on his target list
  • 48 in May 2025, the ring at the center
From 48 connections in May 2025 to 2,025, and 1,507 of them are on his target list.
Weeks 11 to 13

The first handoffs, where you or your sales lead take the conversations with named accounts. The first step ends with a written review for your partners.

02

What we need from you

An hour every other week. A few minutes to approve each piece. Your documents once, and one conversation about your red lines. You or your sales lead take the conversations when someone is ready. A consulting and training CEO gave his own estimate of his time in our consulting guide.

The handoff goes to whoever you name. At kickoff we agree how a conversation that starts from your content is credited to your reps, so no rep works your content for free.

03

Your LinkedIn account

A post goes out under your name only after you approve it. You hold your LinkedIn login, and posts publish through a scheduling tool you authorize and can disconnect any day. Replies from prospects go to you or your sales lead within. Nobody on our side sends a pitch, and nobody answers a pricing question for you.

04

What you own when it ends

The connections, your Sniper Sheet in your CRM, the newsletter list, the content library and every login stay with you. After the first step, notice is 30 days.

05

The stop clause

Every first step opens with a written objective and the counts we'll report each month. If those counts are not moving by month two, we say so in writing, and you decide whether to change the approach or stop.

06

Who we turn away

  • One client is worth under $25K a year to you.
  • You need leads this month, or signed deals inside a quarter.
  • You won't give an hour every other week.
  • You want a guarantee, a trial or a profit share in place of a fixed fee.
  • You have a team and need a senior person to direct it. Our fractional CMO guide covers that choice.

07

The first step

A fixed fee, either a diagnostic or a first phase of about 90 days, ending in a written review for your partners. I present that review to your partners myself. We quote the fee on the first call, after I hear your deal size and sales cycle. If you exhibit at one show that matters most, I can scope a fixed 60-day program around that show as the first step. Every client works with me directly. Client retention in 2025 was 93%.

08

Questions we hear

Will it sound like me?

Every piece starts as you talking, so the examples, numbers and opinions are yours. We keep a list of your phrases and the words you'd never use, and you approve every piece.

Will my partners buy it?

They get a written 90-day objective and a monthly recap they can forward.

Are you giving away our playbook?

The red lines are written down once and checked on every draft. No client is named, on this site or in anything we publish.

Is it written by AI?

We use AI tools to transcribe interviews, organize your documents and produce first drafts. A person writes and edits every piece from your own words, and you approve it before it goes out.

If I learn the method, why can't my coordinator run it?

She can run the newsletter and the follow-up. What stays with us is the Sniper Sheet build, the interviews that capture your voice and the warm-up.

Send us your list

Send the show you exhibit at, your CRM export or your last 20 clients. The count of decision makers in your market and the first 25 rows of your Sniper Sheet come back to you, and then we spend 30 minutes on them. Your list stays private and is deleted when you ask.
