Kung Pow Marketing ("we", "us") runs kungpowmarketing.com. This page says what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host records the IP address, browser, pages viewed, and time of each request. We use these to keep the site running and to spot abuse.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics and similar tools to count visits and see which pages people read. These tools set cookies and record an anonymized view of your activity on the site.
- Advertising pixels. Some pages load Google Ads and Meta tags so we can measure whether our own ads work and show follow-up ads to people who visited. You can opt out through your Google and Meta ad settings.
- Things you send us. If you book a call, join a newsletter, or email us, we keep your name, email, and whatever you wrote so we can respond.
How we use it
To run and improve the site, reply to you, send you things you asked for, and measure our own marketing. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host the site, send our email, and run analytics, and only so they can do those jobs.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are the only cookies we set. Your browser can block or delete them; the site still works without them.
Google services and client data
We build internal reporting tools that connect to Google services such as Google Search Console and Google Ads on behalf of our own business and our clients. Any Google user data these tools access is read-only, is used only to produce reports for the account owner who authorized access, is stored on our own equipment, and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google account permissions page.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep contact details for as long as we are in touch with you and delete them on request. Analytics data stays with those providers under their retention settings. Email us and we will delete what we hold about you.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, and block cookies in your browser.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle Google user data will be posted here before they take effect.
