100-zero had a problem. They were looking to raise funding in a matter of months, and they needed to prove their concept. If we were successful, they’d enter the rapidly expanding, and highly regulated, testosterone therapy market with a bang.

The Challenge

We need 250 customers in less than
90 days. We don't have any Assets.

We need 250 customers in 90 days, starting from zero, with no marketing collateral, testimonials, or case studies.

Services

Coordinating with the Meta Advertising team, we designed initial landing pages and appointment funnels to get our Advertising off the ground. Internally, we ideated and launched a dozen Ad Concepts in under 2 weeks, and began to gather marketing-messaging data on our prospects. As campaigns began to take off, we refined and iterated all of our collateral assets for the best-possible Conversion Rates and lowest possible costs.

Our Approach

Winning Strategy is Iterative.

This project was highly challenging. The space was competitive, saturated, and regulated. We were fighting Google policy limitations from Day 1.

Among other issues, this meant NO remarketing for a while. We were definitely sailing into a headwind – and we risked burning the account if we got our messaging strategy wrong and ran afoul of the regulated medical-messaging policies.

One week passed, then two, and we had nothing to show for our efforts but measly 0.4x CAC to LTV. But we had a built this into our plan, and we stuck to our guns.

At the beginning of Week 4, everything changed.

1 appointment, then 2, then 5 appointments in a single day. The account was beginning to grow, and our retargeting Ads began to garner impressions. Within the first 6 weeks, our conversions soared.

The Result

After a slow start, and commitment to a cautious rollout strategy, we found our groove and seized the opportunity. The outcomes were astounding.

Data Visualization

Over the 90 day period, we generated 654 total new appointments for the client. At a best-ever 5.25 estimated ROAS in June, we exceeded our goal ahead of schedule. eROAS is used instead of true ROAS due to medical data privacy concerns. The KPI figures below were triple-checked for accuracy with the client.
